Atta Dimsum  Recipe

Ingredients

For the dough

  • Atta Flour – 1 cup
  • Refined oil – 1 table spoon
  • Salt – 1 gram
  • Water – 150 ml

For Stuffing

  • Oats – 10 grams
  • Soya bean mini chunks – 10 grams
  • Cottage Cheese – 120 grams
  • Chopped Carrot – 80 grams
  • Salt – 1 gram
  • Pepper Black – 1 gram
  • Oil Refined – 1 table spoon

Preparation

  • Mix all ingredients of dough to make a smooth tight dough.
  • For stuffing sautéed all ingredients in hot pan with refined oil until it gets golden brown and season with some salt and pepper.
  • Prepare dumplings and steam for 10 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
