Ingredients

For the dough

  • Atta Flour – 1 cup
  • Gram flour – ½ cup
  • Mix Pickle – 1 Spoon
  • Salt – 1 gram
  • Chilli Flakes – 1 gram
  • Refined oil – 1 table spoon

For Salsa

  • Chopped Tomato – 6 no
  • Tomato juice – 100 ml
  • Tomato ketchup - 30 mlM
  • Chopped Onions – 2 no
  • Chopped coriander – 20 gms
  • Chopped green chillies – 5 gms
  • Paprika chilli powder – 2 gms
  • Grounded roasted cumin powder – 1 gms
  • Tabasco – 10 drops
  • Garlic juice – 5 grams (optional)
  • Salt – 2 grams
  • Lemon juice – 3 no

Preparation

  • Mix ingredients of the dough and make thin flat wrap like breads.
  • Cut them in 8 triangle shapes and then fry in refined oil.
  • For salsa sauce mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl season with salt and lemon juice.
  • Serve cold.
