Atta Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

For the dough

  • Atta flour –1 cups
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Yeast – 15 grams
  • Sugar – 8 grams
  • Salt – 8 grams
  • Refined oil – 30 ml
  • Oregano – 1 grams

For Pizza sauce

  • Tomato – 3 no
  • Salt – 1 gram
  • Sugar – 1 gram
  • Black Crush Pepper – 1 gram

For toppings

  • Grated Mozzarella cheese – 150 grams
  • Grated Processed/cheddar cheese – 50 grams
  • Sliced mushrooms –50 grams
  • Babycorn –50 grams
  • Bell peppers – 50 grams
  • Sliced onions – 50 grams
  • Sliced olives – 50 grams
  • American Corns – 50 grams
  • Pinepple – 50 grams
  • Broccoli – 50 grams
  • Chilli flakes – 5 grams
  • Oregano – 5 grams

Preparation

  • For dough mix all ingredients to form a smooth dough and leave aside for 30 minutes to rest.
  • For pizza sauce Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
  • For making Pizza, roll the small dough ball into a flat bread and top with pizza sauce, cheese and choice of vegetable.
  • Bake it at 220 degree Celsius for approx. 8 minutes.
